About
About The Educator’s Empowerment Center
The Educator’s Empowerment Center (EEC) is a national organization focused on reducing chronic absence and strengthening student attendance and engagement. We partner with K-12 school districts and the organizations that support them to understand what is driving attendance challenges, identify where systems are breaking down, and build the strategy and capacity needed to create lasting improvement.
There’s Power in Being Present!

- Align attendance strategy across leadership, data, policy, and practice
- Design and build a districtwide MTSS for attendance
- Strengthen district and school teams through professional development and capacity building
- Support sustained improvement through implementation partnership and coaching
