Empowering Partnerships
The Educator’s Empowerment Center (EEC) partners with K-12 school districts and the organizations that support them to strengthen student attendance, family and community engagement, and the systems that support strong conditions for learning. Our work helps leaders examine the ecosystem shaping student and family participation, build the infrastructure and accountability needed to respond effectively, and develop the capacity to sustain progress across schools and communities.
Attendance Systems and Policy Review
EEC examines whether a district's attendance policies, procedures, and systems are set up to support the goal of reducing chronic absence. The review identifies where expectations, roles, and practices need greater clarity, alignment, or consistency to support stronger and more coherent attendance work across the district.
District Diagnostic for Attendance
EEC examines attendance data, systems, policies, practices, and stakeholder experiences to understand what is driving chronic absence and where systems need strengthening. District leaders receive clear findings, targeted recommendations, and an implementation path for strengthening attendance systems and reducing chronic absence across schools.
Attendance Systems Build Out
This is a We Do It For You offering in which EEC designs and builds the attendance infrastructure districts need to identify root causes and reduce chronic absence. The result is a coordinated system of workflows, tools, MTSS aligned response structures, role clarity, and data routines that support measurable and sustainable improvements in student attendance.
Attendance Strategy Implementation Partner
This is a We Do It With You offering in which EEC works alongside district and school leaders to support active implementation of the attendance improvement strategy. This work strengthens implementation routines, team alignment, evidence based adjustment, leadership capacity, and measurable progress toward reducing chronic absence.
Family and Partner Engagement Campaign
Through this We Do It For You offering, EEC leads the creation of a district specific attendance engagement campaign. It includes messaging, engagement tools, and structures for coordinating community partner involvement. The work positions families and community partners as attendance allies while creating more consistent attendance messaging, stronger family engagement, and better coordinated partner support around daily attendance.
Community Schools Leadership Lab
EEC partners with districts and organizations implementing the community schools model to strengthen leadership, coordination, and implementation capacity. Through mindset development, advocacy, presence under pressure, strategic coordination, and sustainable practice, the lab prepares coordinators, school based teams, and partners to implement the work with greater clarity, consistency, and shared ownership.
Attendance Transformation Partnership
EEC's Attendance Transformation Partnership is a comprehensive, multi-year engagement for districts ready to strengthen attendance systems and sustain measurable reductions in chronic absence. The partnership brings together policy review, the District Diagnostic for Attendance, family and community engagement, systems design, and implementation support into one coordinated transformation process. This work helps districts move from analysis and planning to stronger infrastructure, deeper implementation, and long-term attendance improvement.
